About

Magnussoft Deutschland GmbH is among the biggest publishers in German speaking countries. We put our main focus in publishing middle-priced and low-priced budget games for personal computers.

We have a number of services we provide to distributors, retailers, other publishers and corporate clients. However we don´t directly deal with end-users.

Since 1997 magnussoft distributes own products and licensed games under many different labels.
We were among the first German publishers with emphasis on the development of new casual games to retain on well established principles. Those games conquered the German speaking market in no time, because of our close co-operation with other acquainted distributors.
Our first games Metris and Barkanoid became very popular within a few weeks. We decided to publish more products and follow-ups with great success.

ak tronic Software & Services(external link), KOCH Media(external link) and WELTBILD(external link) are among our trustiest partner companies. With this associates we can easily uphold a credibly region wide delivery within Germany.

Our annual production sales of CD ROM exceed one million pieces.

We can create custom made content within 2 to 6 weeks time, depending on the scale of the project. This can e.g. be a cookbook on CD-ROM for a supermarket chain or another type of specific retail product. The entire concept can be branded according to your wishes and supplied in the quantities you require and at the date you require them.

Our product range is constantly extended with new licensed products and own releases.

The result is a balanced assortment of first time releases coupled with the deployment of licensed software.

Our core business is constantly adjusted to match the current requirements of the consumer market. Currently we concentrate on the following branches:

• Acquiring of our own licenses abroad
• ESD-business
• Porting games to other platforms, e.g. Nintendo DS, Apple Macintosh and Playstation
• Obtaining of licenses for the German-speaking market
